X Ray 1:

X- Ray 2

Lungs are well expanded. No collapse or consolidation. No pneumothorax. Incidental bifid ribs.

Discussion:

Bifid Ribs

Bifid or forked ribs are uncommon. They are thought to occur in ~0.2% of the population and there may be a female as well as right sided predilection.

Clinical presentation

Usually asymptomatic, they may cause musculoskeletal pain or intercostal nerve entrapment. If the first rib is involved,  then they may be an uncommon cause of thoracic outlet syndrome
